At GOO GOO Hair, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. Due to hygiene standards, hair extensions must be returned with the security seals intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Verify Condition
Ensure the hair extensions have not been worn, washed, or removed from the gold binding ties, as opened packages cannot be returned for safety reasons.
